I work 12 hour days on week-ends. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepped and served. The beds all get vacuumed and sprayed on, and all the bedding is laundered. The shelter has become a drop-in center, so food is basically served(on availability/donations) all day. Intakes, discharges, case planning, public laundry and bathroom is also accommodated .
